The Role

The Landscape Architect is responsible for designing high-quality outdoor environments that integrate pools, softscape, hardscape, and lighting into cohesive, buildable concepts. The role includes concept design, detailed drawings, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure that designs are practical, safe, and aligned with our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts and masterplans for villas and commercial properties with a strong focus on pool integration
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications for hardscape, softscape, and outdoor features
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, pool, and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and compliant
• Attend client meetings and presentations to explain design intent and options
• Support cost estimation and value engineering while maintaining design quality
• Conduct occasional site visits to review implementation and resolve design-related issues.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in landscape design in the UAE/GCC, ideally with pool and villa projects
• Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools
• Good understanding of plant selection for UAE climate, hardscape materials, and outdoor lighting
• Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, safety, and cost.
