The Role

The Pool Sales Representative drives new business and manages key client relationships for residential and commercial swimming pool projects. The role combines technical understanding of pool construction and outdoor living with proactive sales activity from initial enquiry to contract signing. The successful candidate takes full ownership of their pipeline and ensures every project reflects our standards for safety, quality, and long-term performance.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of pool projects in Dubai and RAK, from lead qualification to contract closing
  • Meet clients and conduct site visits to understand requirements, propose concepts, and coordinate with design and engineering for proposals
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and secure profitable contracts
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client communication using CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with project and construction teams to ensure smooth handover and a high standard of client satisfaction
  • Advise clients on pool types, finishes, waterproofing, filtration, MEP, and safety considerations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to help refine sales strategies.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in swimming pools, landscaping, outdoor living, or related construction/MEP fields in the UAE/GCC
  • Solid technical understanding of pool structure, waterproofing, finishes, filtration, pumps, and lighting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; English required, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel around Dubai
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
